MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL SAINTS!

It’s the most wonderful (albeit abnormal) time of the year!

On Friday we will celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. Christmastime, and all its traditions, bring out joy in all of us. This Christmas Spirit calls out to the inner child in each and every one of us as we sing carols, look at lights, and exchange cookies. Today’s episode of Sunday School also calls out to this Christmas Spirit, as Joel reads the Christmas Story for all the kids and their families.

Recently, we were reminded of a song from our Vacation Bible School program this past summer. The “Royal Musicians” sang many songs for the kids, including one about Christmas. Emmanuel, God is With Us (linked below), reminded our kids that it can be Christmastime all year long. Our joy does not have to stop just because December is over.

As you and your family celebrate Christmas this week, and New Year’s Day seven days later, we ask that you take the joy of Christmastime with you into the new year, whatever it may bring.
